W24 series Angle Rolls Machines is also called Profile Bending Machine.
We can bend square and round profiles, tubes, and pipes with the help of special rolls (molds).
The angle roll bending machine works both vertically and horizontally based on the end user’s specific needs.
W24 series Angle Rolls Machines Features
1. Full hydraulic transmission, electrical centralize control, digital readout, once feeding without return to finish bending and pre-bending and other processes.
2. Top roller fixed, two bottom rollers move by arc lifting around a fixed center. They can rise and fall separately also can rising and falling at the same time.
3. Three drive rolls mounted with hydraulic motor, without slipping, even for thinner material can be bent.
4. Side guide rollers to ensure high quality for asymmetrical Section Bending.
5. Full function, the various profiles can be bent by replacing the mold.
6. Vertical and horizontal optional
7. NC or CNC can be optional by customer.

Packaging and shipment
1.Anti-collision package edge: All parts of the machine are covered with some soft materials, mainly the use of pearl wool
2.Fumigation wooden box: Our wooden box is fumigated, do not need to check the wood, saving the transport time.
3.Whole film packaging the machine: Avoid all damage that may occur during the delivery. Then we will cover the machine with plastic film tightly to avoid water and rust. The outermost is a wooden box with a fixed template.
