1.What’s your delivery time?
Generally 20-30 days. However, the delivery time will be different for different products.

T/T (30%T/T in advance, delivery against balance)
4.How do you guarantee the quality?
We always arrange final operation testing of your ordered equipment before shipment. The test running of the machine will be last for a few days, and then use the customer’s metal materials to test its performance. The shipments will be arranged only after we confirmed everything works well with the machine.
5.What is your warranty time?
We provide all of our machines for a 24 Months warranty.
6.What is your packing method?
For the big tonnage machines, we will fix the machines in the container with steel wire.
Only in this way the machine will not move in the container and prevent it crash the inner wall of the container.
Besides, it will be covered by a plastic film to keep away from moisture.
For those small-size machines and ship in LCL terms, they will be packed by the wooden box. The finish of the machine will be protected well.
7.How to conduct an inspection of our ordered machines?
We will take you to our factory to conduct the inspection in front of your eye. And we will also do the test running for you. Only after you confirmed everything goes well we will arrange shipment.
8.What’s the difference between FOB and CIF?
CIF – COST INSURANCE AND FREIGHT (named port of destination):
The seller must pay the costs and freight includes insurance to bring the goods to the port of destination. However, the risk is transferred to the buyer once the goods are loaded onto the ship.
FOB – FREE ON BOARD (named port of shipment).
9.How to transport the machine?
Generally, we use sea transportation. You can use either your shipping agent or our shipping agent. LCL/FCL, 20″, 40″ or HQ containers are chosen based on your ordered machine size and weight.
Besides, the rail transportation method will be used if sea transportation is not able to reach your destination.
10.Could you provide us your customer list in our country?
If we get our customer’s permission, we will send it to you. Otherwise, we need to protect their privacy.
11.How can we be your agent in our country?
We will conduct a company audit of your business first, if we find you’re qualified to be our agent there, we will sign a contract with you to make it formal.
12.How can we visit your factory?
We will pick you up at the airport or high-speed train station, and then take you to our factory and show you around.
13.What is your quoted price valid time?
Generally, the price we quoted to you is only valid for 60 days. You need to ask our sales to provide you an updated price if we didn’t reach the final contract signing stage during the valid time.
14.Can the color of the machine be customized?
Yes, the color can be painted as per your requirement.
15.Do you provide training and installation?
We can provide you the training either in our factory or in your workshop.
For those heavy-duty machines which need to be installed in your workshop, we will arrange our engineers there to help you install the machines to make sure the machine running well.
The only condition is the lodging and boarding for our arranged personnel should be provided by you.
16.Will you provide us the drawing of electrics, hydraulics, and operation manual?
Yes, we will deliver the machine together with the drawings and manuals. And we can also send it to you by email.
17.Can the electric voltage of the machine be made according to the voltage specified by our state?
Sure, it will always be determined according to the voltage specified by your state.
